3D Coat 4 - update 4.0.04

Updated to 4.0.04 (Win first, other versions follow soon)

Changes:

• New: VRML2 export/import for better compatibility with 3d-printers
• New: "Clear all layers" button in layers panel included
• New: more convenient placing for primitives - "Place on pen" options and sub-options, see primitives tool
• Improvement: File dialog for Windows got better functionality (just become standard) - http://pilgway.com/files/filedialog.png
• Bugfix: Baking ppp->ppp problem fixed, there was unnecessary seams while baking
• Bugfix: different other mantis reported problems fixed
