3D Coat 4 - update 4.0.16 [BETA]

Changes:

• Improvement: RMB menu shifted to right, items rearranged a bit to avoid random activation of commands while sculpting.
• Improvement: Flatten got CTRL action similar to clay to be able to buildup among flettering sessions.
• Improvement: Crease clay works independently on pen's radius - extrusion is proportional to pen radius.
• Fix: InstallToMenu script problem fixed
• Fixes: Several Mantis issues resolved. To the posters: Please close them when approved.
